General Principles

• Use WAML.io only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your subscription agreement.
• Respect the privacy and rights of others. Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Do not introduce malware, attempt to disrupt service, or engage in load testing without written approval.

Platform Usage

• Automation and API usage should remain within published plan thresholds.
• Event streaming, notifications, and webhooks must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy regulations.
• Content hosted on WAML.io must not include illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

Security Expectations

• Enable multi-factor authentication for admin accounts.
• Report suspected vulnerabilities or incidents immediately to team@waml.io.
• Keep API keys, secrets, and access tokens confidential.

High-Volume or Automated Access

• Coordinate large-scale migrations or load tests with our support team.
• Do not use WAML.io to launch denial-of-service attacks or to scrape data without permission.
• Background jobs and automations should include exponential backoff and graceful failure handling.

Enforcement

We will notify you of any policy concerns and provide time to remediate when possible. Persistent or severe violations may result in temporary suspension or termination of service.
